Carrots, Spring & Fall radishes, 9 varieties of onions, 5 varieties of potatoes, 3 varieties of garlic, 2 varieties of shallots, fresh herbs, Japanese and regular turnips, 6 varieties of cucumbers, French and regular green beans, seasonal greens, multiple varieties of sweet and hot peppers, sweet potatoes, summer squash, other vegetables, jams and jellies, sunflowers, gladiolas, zinnias, other cut flowers, chestnuts

Practices:
hand planted and harvested

Pest and Disease Management:
Rotating crops, diatomaceous earth, canola oil spray, handpick pests (bugs)

Feeding Practices:
N/A

Soil and Nutrient Management:
compost from vegetation, composted cow manure, Austrian peas and rape seed green manure/cover crop

Water Usage Practices:
Collect rainwater in barrels (prevent mosquito larvae by putting a teaspoon of canola oil on water) drip hoses using rural water district water

Conservation/Land Stewardship Practices:
Grass buffers between large garden areas with fruit trees, Windbreak on side of garden, Mulch with straw

Additional Information:
All ingredients are Kansas products except pectin and sugar in jams and jellies
